Infrared Movies

Infrared Movies have the same properties as a visual movie. A stream of video data is saved as a series 
of frames. Each frame is a captured video image. The elapsed time taken by a frame is determined 
by the frame rate of the camera. At 30 frames per second, each frame has captured an event that is 1/30 of 

second in length. 


A infrared camera with a parallel output is connected to the computer and the taking of an infrared movie is done 
by calling the function such as save movie. The viewing of these is done in a software module that has a complete set 
of controls,
